Tick Off Spray Oil and Soap

TickOff Oil and TickOff Soap are 100% natural products that I have developed which repel ticks without pesticides and harsh chemicals.  The proprietary blend of essential oils not only repels ticks, it smells pleasant as well.

TickOff products were featured on the WSIL Channel 3 Morning Show on July 24, 2007, and have helped many customers in Southern Illinois where ticks are a serious problem.
We have received numerous positive testimonials from customers about the products' tick-repelling effectiveness.

I discovered the tick-repelling properties of the product we now call "TickOff" Oil quite by accident, while turkey hunting with my husband and son.  I had purchased some new essential oils for my soapmaking and loved the smell.  I diluted a blend of these oils and wore this formula as a "perfume" on my wrists, ankles and neck while in the woods that weekend. 

We noticed that while my husband, son and I sat on the ground side by side in the woods that morning, when we returned my son had 8 ticks on him, my husband had six ticks and I had no ticks on me.

I realized that the only thing I was doing differently this particular weekend was the "perfume" I was wearing.    My husband, son and I used the mixture for the rest of our trip, and we were all tick free from then on!

I believed that this 100% Natural formula could be of use for other outdoor-loving folks who were concerned about ticks, and "TickOff" Oil  was born.  I then prepared a batch of my handmade soap using this same oil combination, which I named "TickOff" Soap
